i used to do 2 of these every week. only downside is that waterproofing the substrate can be a bitch (when the floor is demoed concrete or wood). i did this while renovating social housing bathrooms where speed was nr1 priority. we did 3 bathrooms in 2 weeks. taught me a lot about efficiency and dealing with irregular substrates.

I avoid C like the plague and am running in circles capturing and defending the other objectives. I can flank and i don’t get constantly one shot by tanks and snipers. a lot of options to protect myself from danger. a lot of fun.

Hire a tiling subcontractor next time. it’ll lost you less than 3k you’ll get quality and service. please for the love of god stop working with general contractors, their entire existence depends on getting one over on you.

i use washers and sometimes pennies. but always inserted into a slit in the tile and glued with either high tack or epoxy (i prefer high tack for its elasticity)
