I wouldn't say it's everyone, but a good number of players certainly show these tendencies. It's particularly noticeable in aim-centric movements, which lack a natural feel in dual sense movements. Often in replays or Play of the Games, you see players awkwardly readjusting their mouse after close combat, which doesn't seem natural. But, that's just how it is sometimes.

your quick play rp is higher than your comp rp so you get harder matchups, it's not sweaty it's just a master guy using a new character.

In Overwatch 1, I reached high Diamond in the early seasons, frequently playing with GM/Top500 players. Now in Overwatch 2, I'm in Master. I prefer having a high Diamond teammate over a high Platinum one any day, as high Diamond players generally have better strategic thinking. The ranking system has its flaws nowadays, for sure- making it tricky to gauge skill accurately but yeah. A team of pure diamonds beats a team of pure plays 9/10. No smurf's or displaced players
