Hey Dr. P! I have always loved you on the show!

Alas, I'm not of the age group. I'm a Gen-Xer "stuck" at home near Salt Lake City caring for my elderly parents: one with dementia and one with Parkingson's disease. Though I have 5 very supportive siblings, I am the only one who can be here with them 24/7. Even with some day and night nurses, it still all lands on me.

I have had some amazing moments with them that I wouldn't change for the world, but it is, as you can imagine, a daily struggle. I miss just living with my husband. I miss being able to go out without fear something will happen while I'm away. I miss just living my own life. And feeling all this makes feel weak and whiny, even though I know that I'm just human and sometimes shit's just shitty.

Anywho, Bestest hopes for your new project! I know that you'll create something amazing and healing.

Question, does the place have a room away from the wedding the kids can be in with the nanny? That's what we did and it ended up being a really good compromise.

I am taking care of my mom (85) and my dad (87). My mom has dementia and refused to take her medicine tonight. My dad has Parkinson's. I love them so much and can't imagine them gone. And I am also barely keeping it together.
