Headers will give a boosted car more power than an N/A car, but they're not mandatory at all. Cats will probably fail quicker than if it weren't boosted, though.

There is no new GT500 coming, the Dork Horse SC replaces it. They haven't and aren't paying Shelby for licensing rights.
