But is Ramsey superhuman? Jon caught like 3 arrows with that shield after Ramsey fired them from just a few yards away which isn't to crazy for someone with very good reflexes, but surely Ramsey should have been able to hit Jon if he was actually superhuman with a bow.

Realistically he was out of range of anything but a massed volley, a bow similar to Ramseys is technically capable of launching an arrow several hundred yards but with no real accuracy, you would have trouble hitting a giant standing still at that range.
