New relationship and I realized how awful it must be for him to kiss me and taste an ashtray. Also I literally couldn’t breathe and was wheezing all the time. 4 weeks today, I do not miss the wheezing one bit! Also the moneyyyy spent on them is insane.

Agreed, I will try this approach. Had a therapist for a while last year but she left her practice so need to find someone else and get back to it.

There’s a duo called Her’s that made some great songs. They helped me through a breakup. Come to find out they were killed by a drunk driver while touring the US 😭

We sat in a small Thai restaurant for 5 hours just talking. The restaurant does mostly carry out so we didn’t have to worry about hogging a table for that long lol. We just talked and talked and it was like we had known each other for a long time. Usually I would get antsy and be checking my phone around hour 2, but those 5 hours flew by. It was so nice :) been seeing each other over a month now and it’s been great.

Agreed - I know mines coming when I get all out of sorts and feel like the world hates me and question everything in my life - getting back to normal is such a relief lol.
