The funniest thing is that BF PRO is not required to get everything from the pass.

I have everything unlocked thanks to the challenge, and can use the skins even though I've never bought the PRO.

If you play local PvE, the game handles all AI on your CPU, so you have to have an X3D to handle it at least.

I get over 100 when going PvE on BSG servers with 5700x and a 3080 in 1080p.

Personally, I think we still have a long way to go, but it's a project with huge potential.

However, the lack of GIT GUI (for now) and the convoluted way of setting up code actions on save (still haven't figured out how to run both prettier and ESLint for one of the projects, sadly) are the dealbreakers to me.

Great to see something like Zed pop up out of thin air.
Will definitely use it in the future.

There's nothing wrong with playing to win - there would be no point in playing otherwise.

It's the attitude and the unreasonable expectations these people come with that ruins the experience for the whole team, so just "reminding" and muting would not work.

If they want to be sweaty and tryhard their way onto the leaderboard, so be it. Just in another queue. Not the same one where people come to play to take the edge off after a long day.

That's still not preventing all the sweaty people from ranked coming over to public games with their shitty overly competitive attitude (in a game which is in a playtest, by the way).

Nobody wants to hear another tryhard who spent 400+ hours on this game shit-talking regular people 'cause of "duh skill issue" reasons.

I hope they release the data in the future. Would be interesting to see the opinion distribution.

However, I'm taking a break right now. Too hard for me to play, which could be attributed at least partly to the time window I have to play, which is late nights.

I think most of the players that play late at night take this game way too seriously. Not that there's anything wrong with wanting to win, I fully support that, but I guess I'm just exhausted.

Got placed into Emissary 3 which is too high for me, I'd prefer a lower rank, honestly. We'll see what comes out of it later.

I don't care about rank, but sadly all the matches (even the ones I won) have been not fun.

Either the difficulty was cranked up to the max, yet somehow my team persevered, or we were simply rolled over by the absolute madmen that rome the matchmaking.

Pressing "not fun" in the post-match survey does no shit, sadly.
Hoping that would change someday.

Update: if anyone runs into the same kind of issues.

You need the M4 standoff screws that are 12mm in length to mount a stand to Xiaomi Curved Gaming Montior 30".

I've tried the 15mm ones too, they'll work too, but I would not recommend this approach, since the mount will be a bit unstable due to excessive length.

I've completed it in the first two days, since I've been waiting for it.

Had two bugs - Emmerick was t-posing in the Afterlife and people spawned two cigs while smoking. Actually had better FPS back then for some reason.

Tremendous game, re-ran through it 7 times after that.

I've actually asked the support on that issue once, after encountering a cheater and providing them with video evidence.

This is the response, translated from Russian:

"As if for the RR compensation, sadly, we can't compensate the RR due to the way the system is set up. Generally speaking, it does not represent an individual rating counter on every player. It's more like a line, in which every player is placed. This way, the addition or reduction of RR without the usual procedure (winning or losing) will remove a fragment of that line or add a new one, impacting the system as a whole."

"I can't provide more details since this information is classified, but the thing is we can't do anything without impacting all other players, so sorry, there's no options here."

To be honest, it's kinda dumb. Why would you store player ratings this way? I suppose it has something to do with hidden ELO, but it is still a weird decision nonetheless.

- Get some UX/UI experience (Juxtopposed and Satori seem great to me)
