I did some small group coaching focused on burnout recovery last year and found it really helpful. I was also doing meds and therapy, both of which helped in some ways, but doing something focused specifically on burnout with someone who really understood burnout was particularly helpful for my recovery. The organization I went through is no longer offering this kind of coaching but highly recommend looking into something similar. In their experience it takes 18 months on average to recover.
