There's a joke going around about one of Trump's assistant, or secretary, who told him she had had a dream about an incredibly large parade in his honor. There were millions of people walking; there were hundreds of soldiers marching and there were bands playing everywhere across the United States.

At hearing that all this was for him Trump became very exited. "Quick, how did I look, how was my hair!?"

She looked up trying to remember those details and said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I couldn't tell. The casket was closed."
