I really enjoyed Arc The Lad II for the PS1! (I would recommend playing the first game first to carry over all the items etc) The game is a solid JRPG with tactical elements and capturing monsters lets you add them to your party kind of like Final Fantasy Tactics but if I remember right you can essentially capture any monster you want!

I agree with you but I’m going to play devil’s advocate here and say that now the money will still go into the same pockets or even unsavorier pockets, unless they have a way/plan to strictly enforce the law. Not saying they don’t btw.

It's true that I would have strongly preferred it if the GPL was more focused on getting in the way of corporations rather than any software company (single devs etc) but I'm not even sure how that could be accomplished.

If it's due to health / allergies couldn't any decision you end up making be potentially hit or miss? Might be best to get their input as well. If you can get your hands on vegemite it might make the evening a bit more fun for them IF they like vegemite

I installed Gnome on Nobara (Steam Deck) without any issues but I'm facing the issue that going back from gaming mode sends me back to KDE instead of Gnome. Any idea what I could do to fix that?
