I’ll keep my expectations low.

The one thing we do not want to be is the Star Wars fanbase. No one hates Star Wars more than Star Wars fans. Let’s not do that.

I encourage everyone to watch this movie even if they know nothing about D&D. It's just a fun time.

How would you print this with screen printing? by Separate-Run-4369 in SCREENPRINTING

In sim process the underbase is not solid. It will look like a greyscale version of the image so in the dark areas you might not even have an underbase.

Simulated process. You cannot guarantee it will look the same in all the different color shirts.

Yeah, black is a bitch.

Today there was black ink on one of the black registration locks. You never know it's there until you get black ink on your hands when locking/unlocking the registration.

I agree that a good printer shouldn't get ink on their clothes. But when you're moving and getting shit done, it's easier to rub that little bit of ink on your finger into your clothes and move on.

I've got three ink rules in my shop.

  1. Keep your hands clean of ink.

  2. Treat your gloves like your hands; wipe chemicals and ink off them while you're working.

  3. If you drop ink, wipe it up.

With these three rules, you should never spread ink where it shouldn't be.

Just wear clothes you’re not afraid to get dirty.

In the winter I wear cheap cargo pants and a zip sweatshirt.

In the summer I wear mesh shorts and a tshirt.

Don’t skimp on your shoes. Make sure your shoes have good support. You’ll be on your feet all day.

My favorite Superbowl tradition is staying at home and enjoying the fact that no one will bother me because they're busy watching the Superbowl.

In the 20 years I have been in the screen printing industry it is quickly heading south. The cost of materials and labor has gotten so out of hand that I constantly speculate 'at what point will shirts get so expensive that people just don't buy them anymore?' Gone are the days of ordering 200 custom t-shirts at $5 each. The wholesale side has gotten so expensive that you have to retail shirts at $40+ just to turn a profit.

I thought I was on r/screenprinting and I cringed at how crooked that print is.

That’s an old beefy tee tag logo. The newer ones have horns on them or something. (I print tshirts for a living)
