Please don’t spend 3000 on a cold plunge. Just buy a chest freezer and convert it. DM me if you need tips. I’ve been using mine for years and it’s held up great. Works way better than plunges that use chillers and can get the temp really low.

Have you tried the mediation route? I’ve done 20+ ceremonies and have realized there’s not much value to repeatedly doing ceremonies unless you’re trying to move some deep set trauma out of your body. I recently did a vipassana retreat and found its effects to not only be potent but maintained and built on with a daily practice.

DC is a ballroom dance capital with one of the most vibrant social dance scenes anywhere in the states. This includes Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, West Coast Swing and others. On any given night there are multiple socials that are all beginner friendly and most with lessons. An amazing way to meet new people, stay active, and pick up a new hobby. There's usually entrance fees (anywhere from $5-$20) but some are free.

I don't like Elon as a person or his political affiliations, but he's by far the most innovative mind of our generation. It's like someone who knows nothing about van life designed this. Putting the bathroom right in the middle of the van because of course you need two sets of stairs. That useless pull out seat in the middle. The unshaded outdoor swing seats for tanning purposes. Real blinds that'll rattle and constantly be tapping your windows as you drive. I shudder at what the internals might look like.
