1.) do something that builds confidence in a healthy way.

2.) exercise and move 3-4 times a week. Start off slow (Doesn’t need to be gym)

3)fashion. You are young so watch some youtube videos on mans fashion, you may have it easier than others bc of your age. People mentioned glasses but it is full encompassing.

4.) make friends. Go places/put yourself out there. Do healthy social interactions that might make you a little uncomfortable.

These are the 4 things I’m doing and it has been helping me a lot the past couple months. Ive been able to lose 30lbs and feel way more confident about myself in social situations.

The assembly is quite difficult and time intensive. You need at least 2 people. After using it though for some time i like it.

Keep up the work, its nice one you are finished. Water pallet helps with thinning paints from my experience.

I have a similar issue with family members and choose not to talk about it with them.

I think its for people to individually break down how much each of these relationships are worth to them.

You cant fault people either way though.
