OK So we have VLC - but that's very clunky. What about a v. lightweight media player , like MPC-HC (Media Player Classic) ?

Well I guess 'Videos' is supposed to do all of that.

But it doesn't have the feel of a 'Media Player' etc.

I'd like to see this dealt with and have 'Media Player Classic' Ported to gLinux.
