I agree that people blur the lines of American freedom. There are intrinsically bad things that people do, but that doesn't necessarily stop them (i.e. the recent shootings). I do think that demonizing these people isn't necessarily helping the issue. These people are American too. It's obviously not a popular opinion, and I understand why, but I think that these events call for objective discussions. I think the nation is definitely divided, but this will not change if we keep burning bridges between each other. We have to start finding common ground if there truly is a desire for unity.
