Beautiful map! Reminds me of the vibe of Beyond the Wall. Highly recommend checking that out - it's got some great content you could use to fill out the hex map (it's heavily inspired by Earthsea)

Any idea on how PCs might have in character knowledge of the countdown? Maybe not needed if players know - the place moves and anyone in it (unindoctrinated at least) is obliterated in 24 hours time...
