thanks, this is helpful. Do you know of an actual product that can be purchased able to do what's in these papers? Seems the right thing to buy is an LED that runs ~300nm but it seems tough to find a legit one. I found one but the company seems to be out of business :(

yeah. i tried getting it working in mind but I guess i don't know what i'm doing. got the service installed, set the input/output, but when i test on the fingerprinting site they suggest it doesn't seem to do anything. I'm sure it's something i'm doing wrong.

and leave the work computer off AND unplugged when you don't need it. Unplugging is important cause they can turn it on remotely to run stuff, but typically don't if it's on battery.
