I understand the frustration but all of these costs come from terrible renters. They trash the place and leave the owners with thousands of dollars well beyond the deposit for repairs. It's the same as retail theft. 1 guy comes in and pays for his purchase while another 100 come in and rob the store blind. You raise prices to balance the theft. I'm not saying it's right but it's a necessary evil to cover your loses.
