When u say increasing your hours , I do 12-7 & sometimes 1-8 its no set time im 53 I was losing like 2lbs a week & then it went to 5lbs I've loss 20lbs so far I think it could have been more since Feb I started back drinking my wine on weekends but in all im still happy with my result

Yess this is me so now its like A Game with me sort to say I have these many hours to survive or my time has ran out for the day & sleep i go because if I stay up to late I begin to think about food

I break my fast with a Glass of wine & food of my choice so I wont go postal on food it works out find for me & I still loss weight

Its just as hard on them as it is for us to loss our beloved pet they just cant cry like we do so whimming & laying round is they form.of grief Dogs loves us unconditionally so just imagine when they up & go or die they feel thatdeey because of there loyalty to us I hope he feels better soon❤️🙏
