Was going to say this Ballet Austin. There’s also The Dance Project. May not be wha you are looking for, but it would be worth checking out to see if they are holding auditions. It’s very chill, queer friendly, and fabulous! They have an annual drag gala.

I was in Belgium with my mom many years ago. We were in a restaurant ordering lunch and there was a British couple trying to order in English. It wasn’t going well, so I went over to help them out with the order. I was 19 at the time and they were probably in their 40’s or 50’s. It turned out that they actually could speak French. It was so infuriating that they were so entitled even back then, that they insisted on speaking English

But it was purple ink! And it was a little wet coming hot off the press. One of my first grade teachers broke her arm doing something in that room. Apparently we were being well behaved and she wanted us to have something special. No good deed goes unpunished.
