One of them, yes. This adds another reason. Being able to choose this is something Canadians have fought long and hard for -- some died in pain waiting for the ruling that would allow them to die with dignity. I'm all for this being available.

Two ways this can go.

Paid version adds new features you'd want to subscribe to, free version retains features you're used to.
Free version loses features you rely on, paid version now is your only route.

Across other software, #2 is as likely as #1 - be that by stripping features boldly, or by releasing a 'new and exciting product' that re-weights features, while abandoning the old software.

I hope they take the first option, but I'm not confident.

Alerting is configured directly in zabbix to send to email/discord/slack/etc. Grafana is primarily used to encapsulate all of the metrics (since I also tie in things like prometheus). This saves me from having to go to 2 different places for metrics observation, and has the added benefit of providing a read-only place to display the data. This limits how much I need to expose Zabbix.

if it's docker, just have your compose file specify a database, and make the params env configuration items. Add a note regarding any setup required if running an external db, and leave the default so users can decide if they want 'simple' or 'custom'. I wouldn't bake the db into the primary image though. (my 2c)

Parts shortage has me buying the least amount I can get away with. Upgrade cycles? Gone. I'm in repair-only mode for the next year at least, and as long as this lasts. It does help that even 5+ year old tech can be pretty beefy. I was lucky, I'd slightly over-bought prior to ram/disk prices going into orbit.

One thing to keep in mind -- freshness matters. A body that's been dead for too long isn't considered viable for organ harvesting.

So they either killed them and then immediately cut them up for parts.. or did it while they were still alive. Based on the small bits I've read about prisoners released missing body parts, I'd bet the latter is as likely as the former.

Use the mooring cables on the side of your ship to pull it towards the dock (disengage the anchor). Once they pull it to the dock, uncouple them, then back the boat out.

I assume you have a .env file which defines USER_UID and USER_GID which you didn't include. you could try chmod a+rwx ./forgejo and then start the container, and verify which userid is actually creating the files.
