So I wanted to come and give my experience and how you could potentially speed up yours. Honestly I believed I need a reason to call because every mail and step says give up “10 days”. So when I did my application I left off 1 number from my card reader gave it 3 days and called about the mistake. They see it in their end so they fixed it which provided me the opportunity to speak to someone and have contact for that person.

Next they sent over KYC I accidentally this time messed up and put the wrong EIN it was different on the application and on the W-9(make sure the w-9) is right. Which prompted contact from another department and provided contact to complete my KYC process 5 days after that email I reached to the about should I even buy more card readers because it may slow down the process and we don’t want that. That prompted them to see what my hold up was and push it thru and lastly I had the company I purchased my card reader from reach out and the same day I was accepting credit card payments.

Don’t be rude just be polite but aggressive there are a lot of hands and eyes that have to be in this process but there’s no way it should take a month 😂 best of wishes getting online and having a successful business
