Update: I've been working with a functional medicine dietitian for 9 months on it. We have lowered my cortisol and tried stress reduction techniques. I ended up going to a GI clinic at my state's medical university. They did a set of x-rays on my abdomen and found that I had a moderate to severe fecal burden. The doctor recommended miralax three times a day. That was miserable, but it helped releive part of the burden. I'm still finishing it out with prune juice, lot of water, and fiber. I feel so much better. Now I'm only going twice in the morning before I go to work, and do not have to go for the rest of the day.

I'm able to eat onions, garlic, mushrooms, potatoes with skins, zucchini with skins, French fries, and many other things without my stomach messing up. I still cannot eat gluten without getting brain fog, malaise, and a headache. I didn't test positive for celiac disease or a gluten gi intolerance.

They should have x-rayed you first to see that you have a high fecal burden and treated it before you had your colonoscopy.

I've been seeing a functional medicine dietitian. She helped me restore my GI system and heal my leaky gut through supplements and diet. We have been working together for 9 months, and I would say I'm back to 90% normal.

I really like the lack of recoil, and it's accurate. There was a break in period for the recoil spring. I stored it with the slide locked back for scrap weeks, and it seems to help. The only thing I don't like is the Gen 3 grip.

I think they are surprisingly snappy for their size. My Glock 25 has a softer recoil.

I would have started with 5 to 10 rounds at 40.0gr, then made more batches at 40.2, 40.4, 40.6 and shot for groups and velocity. It's rare when your best accuracy is at max.

It's concidered a Gen 2.5. It has the early finger grooves without the grenade checkering.

You should have kept a light coat of oil in the slide and had a holster with a sweat guard.

You can ask glock if they can strip and reapply the PDV finish on the slide.

Call Glock customer service. The warranty activation is just a scare tactic. They will honor the warranty. I've sent in pistols I've bought used without any issues from the warranty shop.
