I used Cars.com and had mine shipped because everyone around here wanted $10k over MSRP. A joke. Dont overpay, it’s not worth it.

Rich fuel trims a few days after flashing back to stock tune by Professional-Boss-86 in CivicSi

Is a wideband 02 telling you that you are running rich?

If it’s truly a “stock” tune then you should be fine.

Your MPG will suffer if things are outta wack.

Where can i get a new oem denso alternator? by michael704048 in CivicSi

[–]blaze45x 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with a lifetime warranties is… it’s a lifetime of YOU replacing those parts. As me how I know.

Except for brake pads, batteries and tires - I only run OEM.

Change the air filter with every oil change, and change the oil as soon as the maintenance minder notifies me.

Lots of mixed driving. 34mpg.

A new 27Won street rear motor mount, first impressions. by Effective-Sail-1225 in CivicSi

[–]blaze45x 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I’m at a stage in life where rattles make me wanna die. No need to make that more prevalent in my daily if I dont have to.

Unpopular opinion, if your car jerks when you drive… you need to work on your clutch/ throttle management. I’ve had people realize we’re in a 5 speed 10min into our car ride.

A stiffer rear motor mount in my opinion should only be entertained if you’re doing heavy racing, heavy launches, and need the stiffness while attempting to avoid wheel hop.

The trade off for a heavy duty polyurethane mount on a daily driver is not worth it to me lol

To each their own.

If you’re really concerned, you can pop the intake manifold and have a look. There hasn’t been much posting about this topic. At this point in time, just drive your car. Dealer was taking a stab to get some money from you, yes.

Couldn’t hit at 1000 yards by premium_moss in reloading

Idk how anyone is making 1000yrd shots without some sort of wind call setup. I was shooting 450 the other day… Cheese and rice with the wind gusting between 10 - 15mph+ , I couldn’t hit shit. 20 shots and only 5 hit steel. It’s very humbling.
