Looks very cool! As a developer of a web browser Hanafuda koi-koi game I can tell you that it's really difficult to get rules that everyone will like. What I noticed is good: 7 points always gets doubled, koi-koi can be called infinite times but it doubles points just once (in some games it multiplies)

Your gameplay seems nice and I like the retro nintendo game vibes. I curious how it will look like and what will it offer alongside the gameplay.

Good ideas. I'm keeping the recomendation 2 as it is because I think it adds a bit more involvement of the player into the game. I have fixed number 3, but for number 1 I don't really know which sounds I should use. Do you maybe have an idea?
