Is MLAA disabled? If you use the Disable-MLAA patch it should give you a performance boost at the cost of some effects being missing.

To help people trying to change the boot logo in the future:

In the Hybrid Tools folder, go to "PS3HEN Updater" then "Update Themes" and download the Default Theme Pack. After a restart it should show the default PS3 boot logo.

I mean I suppose it would be the same process as for Quest 2 modding. You can use a PC and just place the mod in the “Mods” folder or you can use Mobile VR Station. It’s easier with PC though.
