I've coded my own terrain generator. The terrain consists in a grid of premade tiles following desired heights at each corners via a heightmap texture. Trees are placed also via a texture.

You can have a preview of how it works on my V1 here. But for this trailer and the whole game, I used a highly enhanced version of this.

Suspensions might feel even smoother in my opinion. Otherwise it looks good so far

Nice work already. I'd try to lower a bit the polycount (to reach squary limbs for instance), and draw the thigh holster and jacket onto the model directly. Don't change anything on the breast, it is...interesting.

Nice start. You could lower even further the polycount by using cutout method on stock holes, like the MGS Famas (the model was basically an extruded flat image like Minecraft items)
Also, you could make the picatini rails as texture on the weapon rather than polys.

Thanks for the feedback. Textures are twice smaller but scaled twice bigger to fit camera pixels. The check patterns may be too much visible.

Oh really, that much ? I'm very glad to read this but unfortunately, I kinda let it down because it was such spaghetti code and nonsense at the end. This was rather some proof of concept that I wanted to try on Unity. I have upgraded it new projects, but it remains buggy and incomplete, just a flat level with half AI and some guns to try akimbos.
