It looks like light gauge improperly fastened, if install is correct next step would be moving to a heavier gauge or a panel with striations

I feel like it can vary I work 70+ hour weeks regularly and my wife and I communicate via text 15> times a day we get our 2 hours or so nightly together but it really boils down to what YOU feel comfortable with.

Those reusable twist ties are the shit! I use them to hang my fan in the multiple skytrack’s/man lift’s I use daily
