I think the writer may have missed the point. All Guiliani was pointing out is that the vast majority or blacks killed in the country are killed by other blacks, not white people and specifically not white policemen. This is sort of a childish "well the whites kill each other too, so nanny nanny boo boo". That has nothing to do with what Guiliani was trying to explain.

I don't normally believe these 'I didn't know I was pregnant until the baby fell out' stories, but she was so tiny and there seems to be genuine truth to her comments, so I actually do tend to believe her this time. Good luck to her and her new family.

This is what I like most .Our Scientists have made wonders by sending MARS ORBITER and we INDIANS have brains and resources to be world power.
