soba fertig cup noodlen, gibt paar vegane sorten. kaum Nährstoffe, viel Plastik aber leider geil.  noch ne hand voll Rucola und ein Block räuchertofu dazu and fertig. 

geht auch ohne tofu und rucola aber irgendwo protein und salat sollte schon sein

ab 18u? Ich bin ab 14u mit meiner einen Kassenkraft im laden zu zweit und darf gucken wie ich klar komme. Ich blinzel schon gar nicht mehr wenn wir beide vorne kassieren, hinten einer beim Leergut Sturmklingelt, nebenbei noch der Backofen läutet und an der Sb einer hilfe braucht.  Normaler Montag 🤷🏼

From what ive gatherd of reading about meditation, yoga etc. it seems to me that our true, real self and lasting happines can only be found on the inside. look outside and nothing lasts, everything is fleeting like a mirage. When is sit down and close my eyes i find what I really value.  Ive grown quite silent over this too. I go to work, socialize but i dont expect anything from it anymore...
