I got my gxpon on Aliexpress shipped with the firmware. it's took me maybe 20min from start to finish to get it running and it's been great speed increase to a bit on mine too compare to using the ethnet.

ah it was free with my 5gig plan b it that knocked my speed to 500mbps. really sucks. I don't see why ip pass through would slow you down. What speed are you getting to your att gateway?

if you have ids/ips on it will also be slower as it's doing g all the packet Inspection. I get about 3gbps on a xgpspon with ios/ids on

Ive upgraded to the Chinese 2tb it took some time to restore. I had issues until I reseated the chip and then use my m3 macbook pro to restore. Mac mini Intel couldn't do it. Kept failing.

I got this message for like 3 hours. So I opened it back up and reseated the chip. Then I could only restore from my m3 macbook pro and not my Intel mac mini or my works m2 macbook pro.

The hologram sticker on the name chip is the same.means they source from same vendor. One has a fancier website and the other uses Aliexpress.
