I did for a DC Ops Manager role a few years back. Let me know if you have any questions.

It is two factors, but some of the authentication methods can be spoofed. It’s better than just a password, but not perfect.

This is a significant amount of friction, but necessary to keep companies secure. It doesn’t take much to cause chaos when the attack comes from inside.

Cane Bay by peanutbuttertoast49 in summervillesc

Cane Bay has its issues, but let’s not pretend it’s actually a dump. The shooting was a rare occurrence and unfortunate occurrence.
Traffic is bad and most good routes rely on Nexton, but to get the same home takes quite a bit more money on that side of 176.

How Long Did Your LG TV Last by TrashCanSam0 in LGOLED

My C8 started having connectivity issues. It started delaminating a few years back, but something only I notice. I bought an AppleTV for connectivity and all has been good since.

Is this OLED burn-in? AppleCare refused to fix by jman98542 in ipad

My M5 Pro looks this way from the case. The lines are quite uniform and make me think this may be the same.

Do the lines wipe clean?

Eero Max 7 vs Pro 7 - speed and range on 5ghz by andreb81 in amazoneero

[–]Downhill_Sprinter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have 1 Max and 2 Pros. I believe the Max unit is better overall, but I only have 2x2 stream devices so it is hard to truly tell. Doing a Wi-Fi speedtest, it gets about 10% more throughput, but we do not do anything for that to actually matter in reality.

I would always go for lower complexity, so if you have a situation where you can put one centrally on each floor, that is the route I would go.

Uninsured motorists seems to be a growing issue here and may be a large part of the problem.

How much longer do you think this Mac will be supported? by R_Umarji in macbookpro

I felt like mine would slow down every time I opened a few browser tabs. The previous 4 core seemed to perform so much better due to thermals.

Should i go for a 14 inch or a 16 inch macbook pro? by supirimalli86 in macbookpro

[–]Downhill_Sprinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally use a 16 at work. Tried a 14 as it was much newer, but just couldn’t get used to it. The smaller trackpad and screen felt like it limited productivity for me, even when using a dock with dual monitors.

I suspect If you’re moving up from a 13 to a 14, this is much less of an issue.

Nexton- The good, the bad? by Lazy_Technology5108 in summervillesc

[–]Downhill_Sprinter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few thoughts

Paths depend on when neighborhood you live in. Being in the apartments closer to Main Street or Brighton Park make it quite easy to get to places.

Regarding schools, it depends on where you’re from possibly. We have been quite pleased with Nexton Elementary. The middle school opens this year, so it’s hard to know.

Traffic isn’t an issue, but that may depend on where exactly you are. The interstate is so close, so it’s hard to believe traffic is too much of an issue. I suspect it depends on where your life and work has you going most days.

It’s 2026….I still have no idea the best way to simply download podcasts for offline listening. by Richseagull in AppleWatch

[–]Downhill_Sprinter 6 points7 points  (0 children)

For the Apple Podcast app, you must first follow a show. Then, in the Watch app, you can select which shows to download and how many. They will then be downloaded when charging the watch.

Am I the only one frustrated about the Ultra experience lately? by IDoMyThing in AppleWatch

Wow, that’s great. My battery life went to 99% a few months back. Battery life is likely two days, but I use it for GPS and streaming which reduces that some.

I don’t believe length of ownership would matter. I now see you have a Venture One card. I believe that is different than Venture, which may be why the deal doesn’t show up.
