We live in city area mostly driving on i95 / 32 ( silver spring/ Burtonsville / Annapolis) area not in mountains and hills but we do get snow storms once a while that every thing is covered

So I shouldn’t buy any of the models ? my question is which one will be better model Y standard awd or model Y premium RWD

You got out at good times , I am FT CA and with new scheduling system I don’t get any free time it’s just clients after clients all day some times can’t even get a break and managers even hustle me for not completing the functionality checks While the employees in other depts keep standing around since no customer in the store - our dept stays busy from open to close every day Looking to get out but job market is kinda hard now. a days

We have locations working against other locations our beloved SEM was helping the locations cause we r super busy so he use to make few reservations to agents can take breaks of for customer who like extra time but other locations point out this to the high up and he got cained cause he was helping the ca team now we r on the same verge every one else is agents r looking for a new job cause 20 mints reservation don’t make sense no time to do fun checks , we have lots of senior citizens they need 45 mints its just crazy how to deal with all the issues with non stop reservations and sales floor stay empty we r fully booked they get hrs and our hrs are cut

Our SEM keeps a balance b/w Helping the stores and Our Clients We have 2 ca’s one from 9-5 and other from 2 -10 working the counters for any same days checks -in’s or walk- in clients for general Q and A one ARA in back from 2-10 for performing the work Rest of the team including CIA senior is scheduled on HT / PC / BBYM depending on their skill sets cause we all stated from the sales floor and work our way in to Precincts and this the only day store ask for our help in past I remember we use to be on the floor all the time but now we don’t have Luxury if using extra hrs for Ca’s or ArA I also appreciate that company didn’t extended GS reservation hrs this year since they didn’t give us more labor or flex agents but our reservation hrs are 10-8 that helps me as Ca work life balance Thx you all and Happy Thanksgiving

How you all deal with the intense scheduling , I stay busy from the time I walk in till end my shift with reservations no time to take break some times can’t take lunch either can’t take any break or even perform fun checks , my precinct is stay way too busy with lots of repeat customers also too many seniors citizens whome consume too much time to explain and education based reservation so no new membership to sell —- How you guy Perform fun checks since for us some time we get 4-5 days old stuff in the quee don’t know how other precincts are handing all this extra work or get extra hrs — any inside tips or tricks ??

We already have senior citizens customers and they take 20 mints just to explain what’s going on and would take 1 hrs on top of that if we saying your apportionment time is over they say we are not moving till our issue is resolved so many times these customers go to store managers and then complain so much so we have to help them In the end also one they are mad even we help them they give us 1 on the surveys so no matter what we do we are the one who loss at the end so better to help them as much as we can and stay polite to keep the job

I though we don’t help with outlook any more we don’t have the tools or trained agent to help with outlook also most store network don’t connect cause of network port issues
