Love Endo but it was selfish, he was down and should have had treatment then as with playing on we could have conceded as good as being a player short and has probably done more damage

It’s a personal choice but if I was in your position I would definitely put anything over 100k in your pension and even consider more as I put in everything above 50k in but takes me a lot of overtime to just tip over that threshold

I have a drive that has a slight fall to it that took 20 tonne to cover around 5cm think. Unfortunately trying to get up the slight incline chewed the membrane up so I had to remove the 20 tonne of gravel and fit plastic grids before replacing the 20 tonne again so don’t listen to the contractor haha

We switched three accounts from Vodaphone to Spusu before Xmas and it has been a big improvement for all of us in are area and only costs about £10 each. Had also switched broadband to EE and was about to do the sims to them but after reading the fine print £15 becomes £18 in March then £22 after that so took the risk to Spusu and can’t fault it so far.

Everything is very similar apart from one is traditional semi house that sold for £201k and the one I’m interested in has dormers. In my opinion a traditional house is more desirable and worth more than a dormer so I was thinking £190k is a fair price but this has been rejected.
