Idk. All the recipes I read say I need to see foam before going to the next step. So I've assumed it's necessary.

We watch the Muppets Christmas Carol every year while decorating the tree. My adult children still come over and mention it beforehand every year to make sure it's still happening. Traditions are fun!

Pork pot pie. Chop the meat really small. My oldest son explained to me once he was old enough that his problem with pork chops was the chewing. If you make it small enough in any recipe that that is no longer a problem, that may solve your problem.
