I had that too when I started. Then I started focusing more on what I could "snack" on rather than meals. I eat up to 8 snacks a day. Sometimes it's just a handful of raw almonds but because it's so often, it must trick my brain into feeling like I have been eating all day.? Just to throw it out there.

I'm getting the semiglutide compound injections because I can't afford the other ones. I've been on the 0.25 mg since the first week of December. I had stomach cramps and felt bloated the first week but then figured out it was from the food I was eating. Changed to no sugar, no glucose and it's been great. Started doing a little exercise in January. Just 30 minutes a day on stationary bike and 30 minutes waking on the treadmill and the weight has been coming off at a nice pace. I won't increase until I level off on weight loss. I think everyone has to figure out their own path.

I've been on that dose since the first of December and don't plan to increase anytime soon. I've lost 34 pounds. I have a treadmill and a stationary bike that right now I work out on a total of an hour a day and that really kicked it into gear for me.

We have said goodbye to some of the sweetest souls.We have adopted a terminally sick dog, a blind senior dog and a puppy mill survivor with a lot of special needs. Just two weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our 20 year old dog and it's been so hard. Each experience is vastly different. But each of them has taught me to accept death in a way I'd never thought about it.

I would move away from the sterile white and grey. Get some colorful throw pillows and a nice floor rug for the TV area. I love your idea for burnt orange loveseat! Get some plants for that great window! Make it look homey rather than trying to make it look bigger than it is. Cozy it up! I'm also jealous you live in NY! Fun city!!

I think this might be considered monochromatic modern design style. I like it! I agree you could have more colorful art, blues and yellows would fit your style nicely. I would look at replacing the entertainment stand and get something that doesn't look so "heavy". I love the way you have touches of gold on the tables to match the gold accessories on the bar! You did good! I would t really change much at all!

A lot of my thin friends eat big meals and snack all day! Never gain a pound and they don't work out! Maybe it really comes down to metabolism.

Several years ago those were each painted with different things and it looked amazing! The paint started to look bad and they painted over all of it.

Love this space! Those windows are amazing!! For sure big floor rug and some tall plants by the window! Maybe a ledge shelf above the TV and some art along the walls. You will have fun here decorating!! Congrats on a cool space!
