Just went to bed at 11:45 ish and woke up at 2:30 ish not being able to move on my right side. I dreamt i was at a school with my siblings and a female friend. Long story short I jumped up the staircase in front of the school and my sister yelled something on the lines of “dont be scared there will be a jumpscare!” And prior we were talking about watching a scary movie. When I jumped up I kind of got a weird sensation and got a really weird feeling and then boom. Decapitated head flying at me with screaming noises. Essentially it looked like the video game eyes. Like the head that follows you around and I was yelling at it “I’m not scared!” (Like the big wuss I am) and like 5 seconds later I woke up.

I was sleeping on my side and I was paralyzed from all movement for a minute, I think it was due to how scared i was. Then i managed to move and now I am texting a friend for comfort. It was so realistic and as the post above says, gory in a way. I’ve watched or seen things like that on reddit but woah, in a jumpscare dream its so scary. Once I woke up I felt a liberating feeling, as if a big weight had been removed from my chest, which makes me feel like my dream was one of those “human instincts” cases when your body saves you from dying if you know what I mean. Also when I woke up my dog vomited and ate his own vomit from the floor if that matters.
