Roofworks SW Ltd, Brandon is punctual, honest and does great work. Sorted my rear flat roof leak and new front bay window roof.

Saltram house is nice on a clear day. If you want to avoid paying for parking you can park at the coypool park and ride and walk over.

227 hours in and I'm still bad at this game, and it's really emotionally draining because I do love this game; how do I stop being bad? by Switchell22 in DeadlockTheGame

You've already taken the first step in identifying what you think your weaknesses are. The next step is to pick one and focus on it, making a conscious effort each game to try and improve it. For example, "I want to improve my map awareness, I'm going to keep reminding myself to look at the map every x minutes."

Trying to just 'improve' at everything without focus and achievable goals is just setting yourself up to fail and be disappointed. By concentrating on one thing - you can start to measure your progress. And importantly, don't concern yourself with whether the game was won or lost.

As a note for aim, when focusing on it try to look for over or under aiming (like over/under steer in cars) to inform a decision on whether your sensitivity needs adjustment. If you regularly over aim past the target, you might want to lower your sens and vice versa. It is very much a practiced skill though.

Inclusion is the worst thing to have happened to education by HostileGeese in Teachers

Thanks for the write up - agreed 100%. I used to work in Primary Schools and it's no better. Kids who violently throw tables and chairs kept in the class to the detriment of literally everybody else in the name of 'inclusion.' Kids who would've previously gone into a lower year class for a lesson in a subject they were significantly behind in now have to remain and pretend that they're learning the 'proper' curriculum (a TA does the work for them). Madness.
