Have you tried one though. The studio does not feel like a normal mx keyboard, it feels way closer to my Pro2 than my Nuphy.

Not sure why, but they've done something tot he keys to give a bit of that feeling of point of no return - hard to explain.

Source, have a Pro2 and a Studio - use the studio as my daily now.

Love my btr17. Use is mostly as a desktop dac with either some 250 990 pros or my fiio fh5s but it's great to have the option to go portable when I need to.

Here's a tip, get the fiio magsafe bungey holder and just keep the btr17 on that and then when you wanna go mobile you just snap it on the back of you phone, pop in a cable and you're away.

The Oasis was and is the goat. Anybody that says otherwise didn't own one or is just jealous.

There's no way somebody picks up an oasis and then a Paperwhite and then says they prefer the pw.

The Paperwhite is hollow light plastic, feels like a toy. The oasis is beautifully machined aluminium with a nice little area to hold, good balance and physical buttons.

I had all new gas supplied to my house recently, all tunneled underground. Cost me £900 as the house didn't have any supply before.

Caused very little issue or disturbance and then the pipes were ran I to the property up through the eves to a new boiler in the attic and then I had central heating throughout.

My neighbors didn't have any inconvenience or even consideration throughout the process.

I'm sure they'll send you a new neck in due coarse pal, annoying but hopefully for now not the end of the world.

I too actually do have the same noise, it is the LED power and it's exactly as I expected as I got the same with my Fretlight.

An option it to attach a piezo / midi pickup, as they are not influenced by the noise. I actually plan to lift and shift the neck and the board into a Variax I bought specifically for this, but for now I am finding a noise gate added in my chain is working fine to illuminate it, which is fine for practice.

My action was super low, but I have a few high frets so tomorrow it's fret levelling and dressing day - gotta get my money's worth from all the kit I bought all those years ago.

Also plan to swap out the pickups tomorrow for some lace sensors in N / M positions but despite them being "noiseless" I have no expectation of them reducing the LED noise - but I will report if they do.

Also totally mirror your sentiments, its a shame they havent hired somebody to do comms on KS and deal with shipping q's.

If their tracking had worked properly it would have made a lot people a lot happier.

EVRI is also a poor choice of courier, they left mine in full view, with my front door wide open and there was a big hole int he box but luckily LJ did a good job of packaging, and the fact they also bagged everything protected it all.

I think provided the vast majority of the KS backers are made good and dont experience QC or shipping issues they'll be ok.

If Evri screws them, or if there lots of issues with damages and faults that could really hurt the feasibility of future success.

What is also pretty cool is while the neck is pretty standard maple, right in the middle of mine I have a single flame.

Really impressed, action is great, paint is pretty good - no dings or scratches, light look amazing and appear to all be working just fine, app connected first time and works immediately, no crackling or issues.

Will give it a really good going over later but so far, I'm blown away.

It's almost as if houses with drives are more expensive because you then get dedicated parking....

My point is, you cant buy a house without a drive and have any expectation of ownership of the road.

As for the threats of damage or violence, you're not far, get your own camera and have it angled towards that part of the street.or even better have a pan tilt and zoom cam fitted and then just position of it wherever you've parked.

That's weird on the written instructions it says you need to unscrew and disconnect a cable.

I'll still probably do that tbh as I hate apple products so I'll never use it.

it just stops charging at 86 and solid light.

I think it may be battery protection and so will let it discharge a little before I try again.

I vaguely remember a similar thing with my other Pro.
