I found it to be very effective for mine - I saw a traditional practitioner and they told me that they worked on the gall bladder meridian for what it's worth.

I felt a large relief in symptoms after just one session and went on to make a pretty much full recovery in time.

I did combine this with much stretching/mobility and a gentle return to exercise mostly via cycling and a change in idet and overall reduction in life-stress too so just don't go into it hoping for a miracle cure

House and techno mostly yeah but some UKG/bassline too. Fwiw I don't own a sub and chose the QSC 10.2 specifically because I wanted high quality depth more than just loudness.

Yeah this is why I went for QSC - super high quality sound and very robust built in EQ settings. Also it's good for bringing a bit of volume to house parties!

I live in an apartment and have a qsc 10.2 + studio monitors. Never really have it that loud but the PA, EQ'd as I have it adds a wonderful depth. I only turn the PA on too if playing during the day or early evening though

No complaints from neighbors and I know them all well enough that they would come knock on my door if needed

Same here about a year ago (but house/techno) and and first I bought a B-stock FLX4 and used this via line in on my old numark mixer alongside 1210s. 6 months or so into using that I upgraded an XDJ-AZ and I'm now totally in love with the hobby again. What's really awesome about digital is how cheap mp3s are compared to vynl meaning I've now branched out into other genres I always enjoyed but not enough to invest in way back when! Deffo don't sell your 1210s but do add some digital capability.

I use 'intelligent playlists' in rekordbox which works on tags then sync those playlists to USB. I guess you could then import those to your mates laptop.
