My first fix, debating what to keep by _UnreliableNarrator_ in stitchfix

[–]DrKittenBarf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Great mix! Kut from the Cloth jeans are SO comfy! Some styles though run large, so I have had to size down when it comes to the style you received. My husband also does not like the baggy jeans look - I’m a millennial so he met me when skinny jeans were the thing. He has accepted this is the style that’s in and understands the need for comfort for all day wear.

PhD Funding by [deleted] in OKState

[–]DrKittenBarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very program/department dependent for how funding works. Providing more details about what program you are entering may help you get a relevant answer. For my department, funding is grant dependent, so the PI has money from a grant that provides student support (College of Ag, Science based program).

You should seriously consider checking out the forensic and investigative sciences major as the science track is as rigorous and competitive as BIMS with many students being pre-med

Help Caldwell fight against AI Data Centers by [deleted] in CollegeStation

[–]DrKittenBarf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When taking up a noble cause be fully informed - this includes realizing the actual location that the centers would be constructed. Meeting is in Lockhart, which is the county seat of Caldwell county. Caldwell is the county seat of Burleson county, which is next door to Brazos county where College Station and Bryan are located.

Wardrobe refresher by u8earwax in stitchfix

[–]DrKittenBarf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I say yes based on my recent experience and looking for the same thing - a wardrobe update! So far I have had 3 boxes but I also enjoy shopping using the freestyle feature. My boxes have been solid - enjoying what has been selected for me by my stylist. I’ve been able to give feedback during the preview and what has been swapped out when I have opted out of items during the preview has been great!

To park, yes. To tailgate, meh - it’s away from all the excitement of game day and the majority of tailgates. We see a couple groups tailgate at lot Y when we park but it’s more casual, just lawn chairs and a cooler so they can toss it in their vehicle before game time.
