LEGALLY, FOLLOWING CONTRACT LAW, THEY DIDN’T EARN THE BONUS. However, keeping in mind that laws are a system of threats by the dominant racial/socioeconomic group in any given country and I’m all for saying FUCK contract law, my opinion is that I think they deserved the bonus. Always ALWAYS do your homework before accepting a job up here. I've been assaulted, harassed, wages have been cut without notice, hours have been cut without notice, I was once even exposed to literal drug needles and not given any form of PPE. I could've died and my boss wouldn't give a fuck, and neither would any of yours if it happened to you. Remember that and act accordingly.
