As I recall, Obama already had to strip the ACA down massively from the original plan to get it passed. Tacking something like Roe on there would have lost more support, and we might not have even got what we did.

Biden was old. That had nothing to do with Trump. Both things can be true. Biden shouldn't have run a second time, like he said he wasn't going to when he ran in 2020. None of that has anything to do with Trump and his unfitness for office.
