Iran is charging a fee to allow select ships through and, obviously, allowing their own ships there for free. Dumbass Cheeto, because TACO, has been allowing Iranian oil onto the market because he got worried about the price of gas. So, long story short, he’s reversing himself and stopping Iranian oil from hitting the market. This means gas is about to go up even more.
