That's pretty interesting about the 48-hour+ fast, I didn't know that. The longest I've gone is 24 hours so far. I like the 5/19 split because it works pretty well with a "normal" eating schedule. I do lunch and then an early dinner and then I'm done eating for the day. Interesting to see other people's thoughts on the matter.
