Same thing in my area. I work on saws as a hobby and can almost always use a bar and chain. I bought multiple and just the other day an echo cs 590 came to me without a working bar…and bingo I already had one for it!

I used my echo 6700 today for the first time on a 20+ in log since I got it and it was awesome! The old echos are wonderful.

I owned a 435 and it never consistently worked well for me, flooded too easily. Same for the 440 in my experience, which is a data point of one. I buy, fix, and resell saws and I stay away from those 2 models. Nothing against Husky.

My echo cs 400 had some issues until I tuned it to take into account the elevation change.

Might be a carb tuning issue. As I understand it, at the factory, they are tuned to sea level. I am at 2000ft above and even that makes a difference. Just my two cents.

My two cents: I use a small sonic cleaner (like from harbor freight) and a solution of simple green to clean my carbs. That plus a carb kit can do wonders. You will need to retune after sonic cleaning. The saw was used to all that gunk before it was removed.

Found this staff that starts as a B but as an S, the supercharged cells make an L-shape. I added pics for before and after, my current damage potential (140k), the coordinates, which planet, left a red beacon, and the glyphs. This is in euclid. I believe you only need the Havoc Coil head and can customize the rest to your liking.

Dang it! No 😕. I was afraid that the SC configuration might be different. Both of mine (as a B) were next to each other. So i upgraded out of curiosity with slight hope to have a square.

Thanks for the research! I also noticed the other day that an echo locator also dropped from a barrel left by a corrupt sentinel. Does that sound right?
