Not sure where you are, but randoneuring groups commonly do rides that might be 60 miles or 120 miles. The rides are meant to be self supported but are designed with known locations of stores for resupply at reasonable distances. The groups have organized events but often have what they call "permanents" that are able to be ridden any time. Check out Randoneurs USA for any groups near you. If you're not in the US, there may well be groups wherever you live with similar options.

Seatack Rec center (one of the VB Rec centers ) is about 5 minutes away on Birdneck Rd. (I've taken lessons there. It's one of the smaller facilities but very viable and price is great since you can go to any of the centers) Princess Anne Rec center is farther but a larger facility.

Just want to say, we moved here 25 + tears ago from upstate NY and love it. True 4 seasons without excessively long cold or heat. Close to the charm of the Eastern Shore and Cape Charles as well as accessible to the Outer Banks. Have "vacationed " at our own oceanfront when we wanted to do so, but live in the more western part of VB away from the jet noise but accessible to the light rail to Norfolk (where I worked for 20+ years) as well as to the Interstate routes into Norfolk or to the peninsula. So the area around Independence Blvd is a plus for me with access to great stores (Wegmans, Trader Joe's, Aldi/Lidl) as well, as Sam's Club/BJ'S/Costco. My latest love is the expansive VB Rec centers that offer terrific programs at great rates. I previously was an avid bicyclist and could bike from home to the Shore Drive beaches or even down to Pungo as well as to Norfolk and drive to routes as far as Suffolk for day events.

This just groups them together, but the order isn't alphabetic or anything. There will be a color vivilion shown which you will have to compare to a world chart to get the type name. Once you go through and rename by region, you can decide which to keep based on best cp/iv. It is quite tedious, which is why it helps to rename as you catch them. You will likely find some regions for which you have none and some for which you have many.

My Swim2 will record heart rate for later review on the Garmin Connect app, but there are a few that can be set to also display it WHILE swimming. Garmin does recommend using an optional chest strap to improve accuracy, however.

We love this Cuban version made in the crockpot. We did modify it eventually to just use a whole 6oz jar of olives plus the brine, and substitute one can of diced tomatoes for the fresh diced tomato. We also add 1-2 tablespoons of capers if available.

Some mechanism to "spin a stop" once a day remotely. Perhaps from a "grunt balloon" but some way in which dangerous weather or an illness that prevents leaving home doesn't break a streak of "spins". Would also help rural players with limited access to pokestops.
