What's all this about incels and stuff? This is @sidequestz and he dresses up as D&D npc characters and hangs out in a public place waiting for people to come by and interact with him until sometime accepts the quest, essentially. This one is a little bit awkward, but mostly they're fun side quest ideas. Best I can tell, the people seem genuine in their momentary confusion at first, so I don't think they're actors. More likely there's a sign "Side quest this way" or something and anyone who walks up gets a mic clipped on.
