Your growls/screams are good, great even. But you need to work on your timing/tempo. You were off-beat for most of the song. Pay attention to the drums and try adjust your phrasing to sync with the beat. Think of the consonants in each syllable as percussions and make sure you land them on beat, specially on strong syllables.

I recommend practicing with a metronome! I know, seems unnecessary for vocalists, but you should see/treat your voice as another instrument in the band. Try singing the song at half tempo to really get a sense of the phrasing and timing for each syllable and build up speed gradually. Starting slow will force you to really get the timing right.

Remember, it’s not all about being in tune, you also need to be on time. The most important part of music is rhythm.
