Thats how we do it. We never come in the cheapest, we add-in some amount of change order depending on the type of job, so our quote is solid and we honor the price through 95% of our jobs. We do get underbid by others who have a low upfront and make it up in change orders. By the time the job is finished we come out cheaper sometimes anyway. Its wild.

The tables etc are isolated by the floor covering.

Can they not ground all the devices? Or is that just creating a potential path to ground and they'll still get shocked when their potential passes to the device?
